• On each contact sheet, the "Actions" section allows you to create commercial actions on contacts and keep a background of these actions and activity on this contact.




  • To create a sale action, click on "+" 


The action will be created with a dunning date and the possibility to check the action as done.


  •  You can find the prospecting background of the contact, the upcoming or overdue actions on the contact form in the « Sales actions » 


  • On the home page on the tab “My sales actions” 


Yellow: Actions whose dunning date has passed 

Green: Actions with an upcoming dunning date

 

Clicking on the name of the contact opens the contact form with the possibility of validating a completed action and creating a new one. 

The updated action will no longer be visible on the home page as an ongoing action


It will be visible on the background of the contact form.


Depending on the profile chosen when creating accesses, it is possible to view the actions of a team via the Shared actions toggle on the home page
